Ámúu Body specializes in small-batch, handcrafted skin care products. We use all-natural ingredients, some of which are naturally sourced, naturally derived or contain synthetic preservatives. Our products carry a short shelf life. This is why we package in small vessels.

Expiration dates for each product:

• Oil based (face oil and cleanser) 4-5 months from date of purchase.

• Powder Face Masks 1 year

• Non Foaming Cleanser 1 year

• Piñon Salve 3+ years

• Gel- Cream Moisturizers 6 months

PAYMENT

All payments are due at check out. No exceptions.

SHIPPING

We ship all items based on weight via Fedex within 7-10 days of receipt of order.

 

Please, keep in mind that each product is handmade to order, and scientifically tested for appropriate pH before it is shipped. The shipping estimates are estimates. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.

For questions regarding an order that has already been shipped:

please refer to your Fedex tracking number. Once your order leaves our hands it is in the domain of Fedex, and the order is no longer in the control of Ámúu Body. Any delivery issue must be resolved with Fedex or an alternate carrier (if you requested shipping to a PO Box). 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.

We ship all orders to the address provided at check out. Orders shipped to the wrong address will not be reshipped or refunded. With that being said, if you make a mistake during check out- email Minuet (the same day) and we will correct your information! Email for address corrections: minuet@amuubody.com

​​REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. Store credit may be offered when deemed necessary, but Ámúu Body is not required to refund, exchange or provide store credit once an item has shipped.

If you are unhappy with your product please email us and we will do our best to work it out. If applicable, store credit will be offered (in the amount of product cost, minus shipping or discount codes used) towards another purchase.

PLEASE READ INGREDIENTS CAREFULLY! Know your allergies! Test a small patch of skin, wait 24 hours and check for a reaction before use. If an allergy occurs DO NOT USE PRODUCT. Please email Minuet with allergy concerns prior to purchase, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
